Oferecer boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho, condizentes com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o de cada empregado, \u00e9 uma das tarefas que passam pelo RH. Como o setor \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo contato direto com os colaboradores, \u00e9 bastante comum que eles procurem os profissionais da \u00e1rea quando precisam resolver assuntos relacionados ao posto de trabalho.<\/p>\n

A seguir, a Employer traz um check list com os principais pontos relacionados \u00e0 infraestrutura de trabalho essencial para uma rotina produtiva, que atenda tamb\u00e9m \u00e0s disposi\u00e7\u00f5es das Normas Regulamentadoras de Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade no Trabalho.<\/p>\n

1 – Organize a infraestrutura de TI<\/strong><\/p>\n

Para organizar e disponibilizar computadores, celulares, telefones fixos e outros itens de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 fundamental ter o suporte de uma equipe de TI. Estes profissionais t\u00eam o conhecimento t\u00e9cnico para adequar todos os equipamentos \u00e0s necessidades de cada fun\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

Para empregados da \u00e1rea administrativa, jur\u00eddico, financeiro, RH, DP, TI, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o, vendas, comercial, atendimento ao cliente, entre outros, \u00e9 importante disponibilizar computadores e demais acess\u00f3rios, ramal dentro da central telef\u00f4nica da empresa, acesso a impressoras e servidores. Para alguns membros tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 importante considerar o uso de um aparelho celular, especialmente para aqueles que trabalham fora do escrit\u00f3rio, em vendas e atendimento ao cliente.<\/p>\n

2 – Crie regras para acesso \u00e0 internet<\/strong><\/p>\n

O assunto n\u00e3o \u00e9 novidade: algumas empresas consideram que o acesso irrestrito \u00e0 internet afeta a produtividade de alguns colaboradores<\/strong><\/a>. Por\u00e9m, bloquear completamente este acesso tamb\u00e9m pode interferir em algumas tarefas que podem precisar de pesquisas online.<\/p>\n

O ideal \u00e9 criar regras para o uso da internet e inclu\u00ed-las na pol\u00edtica da empresa. Para cada n\u00edvel hier\u00e1rquico ou \u00e1rea, estabele\u00e7a uma lista de sites restritos \u2013 algumas empresas optam por bloquear o uso de redes sociais, por exemplo.<\/p>\n

Isto parece ser simples de ser escolhido, mas existem regras nas medidas e estas devem estar de acordo com a ABNT (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Normas T\u00e9cnicas).<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m do mobili\u00e1rio h\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m os equipamentos ergon\u00f4micos, os quais ajudam a deixar os postos de trabalho mais confort\u00e1veis, como: suporte para monitor, notebooks, suportes para os p\u00e9s e mouse pad.<\/p>\n

Para garantir a empresa esteja nas conformidades e que todos os empregados estejam confort\u00e1veis e seguros, uma boa dica \u00e9 criar um calend\u00e1rio de visitas peri\u00f3dicas, que podem ser feitas pela Comiss\u00e3o Interna de Preven\u00e7\u00e3o de Acidentes (CIPA).<\/p>\n

4 – Garanta um ambiente de trabalho salubre<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00c9 importante que o ambiente de trabalho esteja sempre em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es de higiene. Por isso, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio verificar periodicamente a limpeza e organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das cozinhas, refeit\u00f3rios, sanit\u00e1rios, entre outros ambientes da empresa. <\/p>\n

Outro cuidado importante com a salubridade do ambiente \u00e9 a dedetiza\u00e7\u00e3o que deve ser regular em todas as \u00e1reas. Neste caso, o recomendado \u00e9 que este processo seja executado em hor\u00e1rios em que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 expediente.<\/p>\n
