Nesta semana, a Employer, uma das maiores empresas de RH do Brasil, abriu 100 novas vagas para trabalho tempor\u00e1rio, para o posto de ajudante de produ\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>As vagas s\u00e3o para os candidatos que moram em Chapec\u00f3, Paial, Faxinalzinho, Erval Grande, Nonoai, Rio dos \u00cdndios, Gramado dos Loureiros, Arvoredo, Trindade do Sul, Tr\u00eas Palmeiras, Planalto, Novo Itaberaba, Nova Erechim, \u00c1guas Frias, Alpestre, Xanxer\u00ea, S\u00e3o Carlos, Palmitos, S\u00e3o Valentim, Alpestre e Ametista do Sul, \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio ter ensino fundamental e disponibilidade para in\u00edcio imediato.  <\/p>\n<p>Vale ressaltar que o contrato de trabalho tempor\u00e1rio \u00e9 um contrato formal com registro em carteira. O trabalhador tempor\u00e1rio tem direitos equivalentes aos empregados CLT, como o pagamento de horas extras, adicional noturno, descanso semanal remunerado, 13\u00ba sal\u00e1rio proporcional ao tempo de servi\u00e7o e f\u00e9rias proporcionais indenizadas.
